PrimeLeaper

Your factory is probably losing output you already paid for.

Process engineering for manufacturers — without losing what your best people know.

We find the restriction blocking your output, fix it at the root, and install a process operating system built from your best people's know-how.

Manufacturers face two big problem areas.

Problem One

The bleed on the floor.

Scrap, yield loss, throughput that swings shift to shift, quality failures, overtime that won't go away.

Real, even when it's hard to quantify.

Problem Two

Expertise locked in a few heads.

The know-how that keeps your operation running lives with a few experienced people.

When they retire, leave, or get pulled too thin, output drops, recovery slows, and quality slips.

PrimeLeaper is built to address both — capturing what your best people know in a system your team can keep running.

About the Founder

A career equipping the people and processes that keep manufacturing running.

Process and quality engineer with seven years in semiconductor and advanced manufacturing.

Manufacturing Impact Highlights
  • Developed wafer-prep processes for Intel's advanced packaging — central to Intel's AI era.
  • Led and contributed to factory cost savings totaling up to $5M.
  • Delivered train-the-trainer programs for operators, technicians, and engineers — 20+ direct trainees.
Experience
  • Intel Corporation 5 years · Advanced Packaging Process Engineer · Senior Process Engineer · Quality & Reliability Development Engineer
  • Magic Leap 2 years · Advanced Optics Nano-imprint Lithography Process Engineer
Education

BSc Chemical Engineering · MSE Mechanical Engineering, materials specialization

Kemaro grew up in a rural Jamaican community where his family's livelihood depended on one manufacturing plant. That experience shaped a career dedicated to equipping the people and processes that keep manufacturing running.

What We Do

We work where the restriction is.

"We walk your production floor looking for one thing — the restriction blocking maximum output from the resources you already have."

Not what you need to add.

What's blocking the flow of what you already built.

How It Works

Three steps. Each one builds on the last.

You decide whether to continue at every stage.

Step 01

Operations Walk

Free · No obligation

Two hours on your floor.

We discuss one problem you want to address — yield, throughput, quality, downtime, or anything with floor-level evidence — then walk your floor with that in mind.

Within 24 hours, you receive a short written summary with:

  • A working hypothesis on where the problem likely originates, based on evidence from your floor
  • Potential drivers behind how it shows up
  • A short list of tests you can run yourselves to verify the hypothesis
  • The clarity to decide what comes next

Whether the hypothesis holds or not, you walk away with sharper questions and a clearer view of your floor.

The aim is to give you real value up front. If the walk earns its place, Step 02 follows. If not, you keep what you've gained.

Step 02

Fix One Restriction, Install the System

Time-bound · Phased · Value-based

The work is designed to remove the restriction at the root and install the controls that keep the gain from drifting.

We apply process engineering principles, including Theory of Constraints and DMAIC: find the restriction, measure baseline, analyze drivers, test improvements on your floor, install controls — measurements, procedures, decision rules, and, where useful, an AI-assisted process operating system designed to capture what your best people know.

Fee anchored to the value recovered. The aim is to leave your team with a fix in place and a system they can run on their own.

Step 03

Process Health

Ongoing · Optional

The ongoing process engineering work that keeps your operation stable and capable — monitoring for drift, catching issues before they become defects, planning the corrective and preventative actions that protect throughput.

Delivered as ongoing service, built around the process operating system from Step 2.

Who This Is For

Built for manufacturers who own the floor.

A good fit for
Not a fit for

Operations where leadership treats the floor as someone else's problem.

Why PrimeLeaper

What sets the work apart.

Manufacturing exclusively.

PrimeLeaper focuses on small to mid-sized manufacturers that need practical process engineering support on the floor.

Built to leave capability behind.

Each engagement is designed to leave behind clearer measurements, controls, procedures, decision rules, and training tools your team can keep using.

Two problems addressed together.

We fix the loss on your floor — and turn your best people's know-how into an AI-assisted process engineering system that supports your operation.
