Kemaro grew up in a rural Jamaican community where his family’s livelihood depended on one manufacturing plant. When a plant runs well, it holds up everything around it.

That is why PrimeLeaper works one problem at a time rather than selling a program. A stubborn process problem is rarely stubborn because nobody is capable. It is stubborn because the people who could finish it keep getting pulled away, and because what they learned last time was never written down in a form the next person could use.

The aim is a solved problem and a team that is stronger afterward — not a report.
